General Notes:
At age of 16 years (1947) Reginald joined The Merchant Navy as a Deck Boy. By 1950, aged 19, he had settled in New Zealand. It appears that he added a couple of years to his birthdate.
Reginald's second marriage to Valerie in 1959, we now know was under the assumed name of Patrick Allan Wilson. In fact, maybe unknown to him, his first marriage had been dissolved.
Reginald married Muriel Helen Burkett.
Reginald next married Valerie Dawn Cosgrove.
