Birdham Miller

Emma Kearvell (1852-Unk), eldest daughter of Frederick and Louisa Kearvell of Bosham, is pictured in about 1890 with her husband,

Barnabus Jones Cribb, the Miller at Birdham Mill. They raised a family of  16 children.

The couple are mentioned in an article in a book about Birdham and Itchenor written by Keith and Janet Smith of East Wittering and, courtesy of them, I reproduce on the right a photograph and information from "Birdham and Itchenor Then & Now".
